Powers of Attorney are versatile and can be specifically worded to come in to effect at a particular time or be limited to a particular asset or event and cease on completion in accordance with your instructions. An Enduring Power of Attorney is a slightly more flexible type of Power of Attorney in that it enables those appointed as your Attorney to continue to act in the event that you become mentally ill.
